    Is there a way I can add lights to a vanilla GTA V car that isn't a police vehicle? I currently have the GTA IV Ingot VD90R on the police4, but since it's a civ car it does not have any lights or sirens. Bonus question: is there also a way to add extra cop vehicles ingame? A Ingot Sedan would be pretty sick as a undercover ops vehicle!
