Could simple native trainer be the cause?

When I go into the scripthook log it says for each asi "Thread instance is being deleted while still hooked"

So I've looked through the forums and tried various fixes but so far nothing has worked. Updated net framework and have the visual studio redistribute files. What am I doing wrong?
