For GTA? Hypercam is really bad for games, It's more for desktop recording like camtasia.

If NPC's won't get out the way, it's because your using the ELS Siren. But if you press / for the light modes, people get out the way (also if you only are using lights). But don't forget to turn them off because the siren/lights aren't on
