    I recently installed a mod for GTA IV that required me to replace files inside folders of my GTA IV directory. I had backed them up obviously, and I decided not to use the mod, so I copied the backed up files back, but the game wouldn't launch. I removed all my mods and it launched, but it started an entire new game. I reinstalled GTA but now there is a major bug with it where I can't open the phone or use mods.
