    I added a few police cars to my lspdfr and I was so confused, the lights didn't work just the tail lights flashed. I tried and tried to fix it but I couldn't. But then I found a video on YouTube by Albo1125 called how to install ELS & fix dim ELS police car lights. If you follow his instructions the lights should work!
