In partnership with the LTA of Liberty City, the LST Subway will make new expansions, creating a 2nd line connecting Vinewood to Vespucci, and Portola Drive to La Mesa. The LST will also construct a new Storage and Maintenance rail yard in Cypress Flats.
Vespucci Line
The Vespucci Line will be constructed underground between the Puerto Del Sol and the Del Perro stations via Bay City Avenue. A new underground station will be constructed along the line between Cortes Street and Vitus Street at Bay City Avenue. The new Vespucci station will bring access to Vespucci Beach, easing congestion at the Del Perro station and bolstering the Economy of Vespucci Beach.
Vinewood & La Mesa Line
The Vinewood & La Mesa Line will be constructed and renovated from Strawberry Station, across the Los Santos River and run along the already existing cargo trains, something we have already done on the other side of the river. The La Mesa station will then be constructed under the Vespucci Blvd Bridge, stairways, elevators and escalators will bring you up Vespucci Blvd as well as underground pathways leading to Entrances at Popular Street.
The La Mesa Line will continue up along the cargo train tracks into the tunnel where the subway will cut away under Mirror Park and into East Vinweood where the East Vinewood station will be constructed underground at York street and Mirror Park Blvd. The East Vinewood statin will also serve the Vinewood Racetrack as well as small businesses in Mirror Park and East Vinewood.
The Vinewood Line will then run from the East Vinewood Station under Mirror Park Blvd to the Downtown Vinewood Station under Vinewood Blvd where the Downtown Vinewood Station will be constructed.
The Vinewood like will then make its way to Spanish Avenue and Eastbourne Way where the West Vinewood station will be constructed underground. The Vinewood line will then connect with the already existing Portola Drive station.
Cypress Flats Yards and the railways towards Cypress Flats
The property selected for the new yards seems far from the Subway system, however, thanks to abandoned tracks leading up to the La Mesa line, the Cypress Flats yard can work as a maintenance and a storage yard perfect for the LST.
Property buyouts, renovations, and electrification of these tracks will be the new life line of the LST subway system.
Smaller Projects
Smaller Projects will include the completion of the Pillbox North Subway Station, 24/7 service on LST Buses and Trains, and the Strawberry hub.
(Notice: I know the map doesn’t look like it was made professionally, however I did my best and straightest in making the new line concepts, and I’m glad I took the time to do this because it looks pretty good)
