There are others that have done this and some in development. I won't be making one with real audio anytime soon. -
Sick of the same audio over and over and over? Over that annoying bug that plays scanner audio 100% louder than your game volume? I was so I made this, now its yours too without having to delete and replace every audio file. Removes ALL base LSPDFR scanner audio from the game and replaces them with no sound audio files. Now when you receive callouts, request backup, tow etc etc. Silence. PLEASE NOTE. To keep all scanner audio quite after installing callout packs, ultimate backup etc. Delete or do not install the audio folders associated with each pack or plugin. INSTALLATION; Navigate to, MAIN DIRECTORY > LSPDFR > AUDIO. Delete the scanner folder then. Drag and drop "scanner" from the download into the same spot and you're good to go. Always make sure to backup original scanner folder should you decide to want it back in your game.

So I've used this for a few hours and I love the idea of it, had a lot of fun chasing down the random events. I've noticed that some or all I'm not sure, are spawning in regardless of if I'm available for calls or not. Sometimes I like to set unavailable and just roam the city. Any chance you're considering implementing the blips and events when set to unavailable or is it a limitation of the plugin? A great addition to anyone's game either way and great work on putting this together, I look forward to future updates.- 297 comments

Going to have to give this one a 5 star. Superb addon! Love the windshield animation, very nice touch. Please tell me you a have a new CHP 1200RT in the works. If I could add that in with your Harley and this, my motorcycle fleet would be complete.- 13 comments
