    same issue here brother. Tried fresh install of gta and ragehook and updated script hook and same issues.

    I'm having the same issues and the only lights that flash are the taillight the lightbars are stuck on all the time with no flash or anything tried a fresh install of GTA and the new updated ragehook and the updated scripthook..
