This is a police mountain bike with a red and blue light on the front of the handlebars and a siren control box on top of the handlebars, this can be used for park ranger patrols and Vespucci beach patrols or just riding around a area as a beat cop.

Hello all, The reason i've redone these peds is because after the release of my revamped peds i've been getting countless requests of people wanting an unlocked model or more particularly the belt, and time after time i've had to decline they're requests because of my sworn promise to EVI that i would not release them unlocked. So i took it upon my self to use an old belt that i used for GTA IV peds. Opinions will be different, some may like this belt better then the other one and vice versa. Female peds and rangers are now included in this pack and all peds are unlocked, therefore can be modified via zmod3. Permission is giving to modify any way to fit your preference and released as long as credit is given. Peds uses all default textures so you can apply textures from other textured uniforms. Belts can be switched around to different peds but only male to male and female to female because of the sizes. Belts can be used in EUP and all peds support the gun holster mod. even the rangers. If you use zmod 3 to switch belts or modify in any way, DO NOT i repeat DO NOT mess with the weight of the belts or you will have issues, but not game crashing issues. All peds have been tested and retested before release. So by all means have fun enjoy and ....................HAPPY GAMING

Hello everyone, I bring you the next release of my LE peds, LE revamped 2. These  two new peds features a new belt retextured and modified, thanks to yours truly and a big shoutout to EVI for giving me permission to release. These peds works perfectly with the holster mod. You have the choice of using the yellow taser or the black. Happy modding and more peds to come.

    San Andreas Highway Patrol
    (FHP Based)

I had been asked a few times over the last several months about doing a FHP based pack. Well, I finally buckled down and put one together. It has a couple stealth skins, for the 2016 Charger and 2015 Tahoe. As usual this pack may be updated with more models and/or skins once those models are out and whether or not they are worth putting the skins on. Otherwise please enjoy this pack and have fun. This is as always the simple install of finding the .ytd folder of the vehicle you want to use, then importing all the skins for the corresponding vehicle then save. Notice any issues or have suggestions please share in the comments section. Let me know if I missed anything.

Please respect the amount of time taken and do not re-upload or rip off.

Please, feel free to make a donation if you like, any amount is more than appreciated! Thanks Everyone

Remember everyone, I base my skin packs off of base model templates NOT for any one specific vehicle pack. Because the templates don't really change, skins can be applied to basically any pack of your choice so long as the base models used are the same as the ones I have used. I do try to use the most common base models so they should cover the bulk of the vehicle packs available.

Vehicles used in pictures but not limited to(some models may not be linked due to not being around anymore however will work on most other models):

    FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS:
Q: Why r ur lights so shiny pls help :(

Q: Can you please make an ELS pack for my own personal town?
A: Not even a little sorry bb

    Q: X isn't working why?
A: You may be doing something wrong, or I may have fucked something up. If you do find a bug or have a question please comment with a screenshot or video to give me a better idea of what is wrong and I will get back to you.

Q: My lightbar and windows are tinted :(
I try to fix those but sometimes it still happens. Go into vehicles.metafind the line that says diffusetint for the model and find the diffusetint value and replace the value with this<diffuseTint value="0x00FFFFFF" />

LSPA-HPD (Los Santos Port Authority - Harbor Patrol Division) Fleet Skin Pack
Original livery skin pack for multiple vehicles in 4K
    ----------

Los Santos Port Authority - Harbor Patrol Division (LSPA-HPD)
All-original design for a fleet of vehicles.

The Los Santos Port Authority's Harbor Patrol Division is the LSPA's law-enforcement and emergency-services arm for the entirety of Elysian Island, Terminal Island, the Port of Los Santos, and their surrounding coastal areas. They also patrol the harbor itself with maritime vessels.

The LSPA-HPD has two subdivisions: Harbor Patrol and Fire & Rescue. Harbor Patrol handles all law-enforcement duties in the Los Santos harbor area with uniform, canine, and maritime patrols, and they patrol with the same vehicles the LSPD uses. Fire & Rescue provides emergency medical, fire, and rescue services in the Los Santos harbor area and they are responsible for everything from injuries of crew to cargo and ship fires to personnel rescue. They use mainly Chevrolet Tahoes, with the Dive Team using a specially-outfitted Ford F350 SuperDuty, and EMS using Dodge RAM 3500 ambulances.

The LSPA Harbor Patrol Division's livery design consists of a metallic gray-on-charcoal color scheme, a prominent stylized large LSPA logo on the sides of the vehicle, and large bold lettering all over the vehicle. Black stripes are a major feature and are on the sides and rear of the vehicles. Also featured are stylized roof markings (LAX-style). LSPA-HPD Fire Department vehicles share the same features, but are on a pearlescent blue color scheme with black bumpers. All vehicles feature reflective chevrons on the rear.

This design is a collection of a bunch of influences and inspirations. There's some PG County PD in there, some Australian police livery influences, a bit of NFS, a bit of European, a bit of LAPD, a bit of CHP, and a bit of personal design choices. There's some lettering in DIN, which Seattle PD uses (of course). The rest is Helvetica. The "patch" on the rear of the vehicles is original as well, just a circular patch with the seal of Los Santos and the logo of Los Santos Port Authority.
