Well, Hi,
I was looking for a PA4000 but i wasnt able to find it so i though i can make
one, No Joke this siren took me about 20 Minutes to make, i dont think its terrible
but it aint the best

I've Made this siren a few months ago in 2020, fully rendered audio with high quality tones, it may not be the best however it may be one of the only ones released for gta platforms. You may use it in fivem and videos but do not include it in mod packs or downloads without my permission.

At long last I have finally acquired a Whelen Epsilon siren to my IRL siren collection. This one was really hard to get but now that I have one I am able to put a MUCH needed studio quality Whelen epsilon on the website for you all to enjoy. If you like the Whelen Cencom Sapphire these are the same exact tones found in that siren controller as well.

Made this About 2 days ago, i got the tones from a youtube video, sounds pretty clean, yes i know it is slightly Distorted but i am very limited on this siren in general, i think this is a pretty good for what it is
 
Sadly have to say, this includes:
custom turbo sounds
custom tyre screeching
custom backfire
custom ignition starter
if you want to get the tones on its own, names are
 
0x0EA58C7C- Airhorn
0x0D329446 - Police Primary
SIREN_2 - Police Secondary
POLICE_WARNING - Priority
 
The Sound names are different, i am still using the old siren format, i will include a seperate folder with the flies already seperate

INSTALLATION GUIDE: 1. Open OpenIV 
2. Go to the directory: GTA V > x64 > audio > sfx > RESIDENT.rpf
3. Toggle edit mode
4. Highlight the vehicles.awc file
5. Go to the top left bar New > Import openFormats, select the text file in the INSTALLATION FILES folder
6. Drag the RESIDENT.rpf file to your ArchiveFix folder, drag and drop the RESIDENT.rpf file into ArchiveFix.exe and follow the prompt by ArchiveFix when opening the .exe program. 7. Drag the RESIDENT.rpf file back into OpenIV and toggle edit mode again. 8. You have now installed the Siren Mod!
