Ok so i installed the LCPDFR mod and launched to game no messeges or anything and game worked. Then i tryed to press alt-p but nothing happenes i downloaded the C++ thing and the .net 4.00 thing for 9.0e Im running gta 4 version 1.0.7.0 and the diagnostic tool said no errors but it still doesnt work.
