    Not that I am aware of. I used the scripthook that came with the ELS files in the WINRAR.

    Thank you for the advice on the "lspdfr" folder. I do have have the ELS.asi and ELS.ini further down in the main directory.

    Hello; I downloaded the ELS mod and followed the instructions to a T on installation. I cannot get the panel to pop up on CTL + P, I use J 3 times to get the lights to turn on, but they don't. What did I do wrong? Can someone help me here? I downloaded the ELS State Police Mega Pack. I have the cars, but no lights. Thank you.
