    Yes they are in the x64 folder in the update folder

    yes they are both installed. I tried uninstalling them and reinstalling them and that doesnt work either.

    MY backup starts shooting at cars that even as somuch as love tap them.

    I havent updated my game since May. I decided to update it last week and the Mods folder in OIV does not seems to work. Installed EUP OIV file and it did install in that folder but the game does not use it. Also when trying to spawn one of my added cars the game says invalid model despite all the files being there. The game just doesnt read from the mods folder. Any fix for this would be helpful.

    My Mod folder just wont work with this new update and i think it will ba a major hassle trying to install this manually in the main files.

    i really wished you kept it as an OIV install. My mod folder doesnt seem to work with this new game update
