Well, I have tried, but to no avail, looked at a a few different templates that were give, so here's what I got, this was just a test run, but did not work. Agency: Regions: Backup: Also, I am potato at adding add on vehicles, hence the "bpsp1, bpsp 2." They are in the DispatchWorks mod, which I used to add vehicles and change their names. Edit: I have found out that my units will ambiently spawn, however will not respond when backup is requested.

I'm not sure if this is how everyone else's is right now, but the only 2 agencies that have any sort of uniform are the IAA and LSPD. If not, could someone point me in the right direction?

Seem to have an issue where it gets to the Ragehook loading screen and it gets stuck in a never ending load.

So I decided to jump back into LSPDFR after awhile and had problems, so I did a clean install and all, everything else seems to work, but ELS doesn't work. I have tried just about everything I have seen on these forums and nothing works. I hate to beat a dead horse cause this is a common topic, but I have found no help. asiloader.log EDIT: Fixed the issue, uninstalled LSPDFR and all things related to ELS and reinstalled, works fine now.

Also having FPS drops that are border line game breaking.

So, going to try to make this short and sweet. Been wanting to play with the retro car pack. According to the maker, you have to have RDE and a downgraded gameconfig file. Downgraded, installed the corresponding RDE (I had it in my mods file on my computer). Went to load my GTA up to check, and it would go to the loading screen, load, then as soon as it's about to put me in game, it crashes. I've had this problem before with RDE, only got it to work once, and it worked fine until the game updated, been playing without it. Anyway, any help will be appreciated. I found my issue, for me, I had to go into my mods through OpenIV, then find your visualsetting.dat and replace that one with the new one, first time I ran into the problem, but it fixed it for me.

Been having some issues with my base game for whatever reason, ended up doing a clean install and reinstalling all my mods, however, graphic mods, such as VisualV and RadianceV don't seem to make my lights bright now for whatever reason, any help would be appreciated.
