  1. Can some one Explain to me how to install mods?

    Was just wanting to know how to install mods. i know how to install LCPDFR and the first person mods. but im lost on how to install car text and ped text. also was wanting to know if there is Police car packs or lights and sound packs for the police cars? been watching some LCPDFR vids on youtube and some people have really nice cars with detailed inside and the lights and sounds of the car and siren sounds so awesome. not sure if this is the place to ask but i figured id ask here since alot of you know alot about moding and have the greatest mod i have seen for this game. just got EFLC game.. Thanks to any one willing to give me some tips.
