Please read the install instructions carefully next time! All the plugins didn´t install properly. Only RPH-Plugins belongs in the plugins-folder. LSPDFR-Plugins belongs to the LSPDFR-folder

Really 😄 Again? First: Wrong section as this isn´t a support-question. Then again: All avaible links are on the file age. Other versions are not avaible. And it isn´t allowed in most cases to put another versions online. Also 1.1.0.0 don´t work with LSPDFR 0.4. And 1.2.0.0 works fine. If you have problems you can post your log and people try to help you.

Post your new log. Also, please go to control panel. Below System and Security is an option named "Review your computer status". Click on it. Then open the Security-Tab with the arrow on the right and post a screenshot of it.

Your crash report is about LSPDFR 0.31. This is outdated and not supported. Also the wrong section 😉

Well, you havn´t an ELS-Log because ELS was never loaded. You NEED Scripthook for ELS, otherwise ELS will not be detected or loaded. And in your screenshot there isn´t an scripthook.

What do you mean exactly? Code 2 only means, that it isn´t an emergency call. You respond in normal driving and only use lights when stuck in traffic 😉

LSPDFR wasn´t install on a clean GTA-5 instal. You should reinstall GTA 5, then LSPDFR and then RPH.
