    After checking my anti-virus it needed updating, once i did that it started showing me that it is "a risk". thanks for the help.

    I don't know if anyone else has had this problem and I don't know if it's my computer or the file, but i cant seem to get "Traffic Policer.dll" file or the "Arrest Manager.dll" file to stay in my plugins folder. Every time i try to place it inside the plugins folder it will stay for at most of 5 seconds then disappear, and i see nothing load from them when i go on-duty in game. Please help if you have any info on this problem, it would be much appreciated.
