An excellent mod which I consider a must-have, Traffic Policer contains a variety of functionality which greatly improves the experience of playing as a traffic officer. The road management menu is excellent, and I combine it with another traffic control mod to sensibly restrict traffic flow around accidents and crime scenes. The options for adjusting pullover locations are, I think, so good they're essential in and of themselves: no more do you have to deal with suspects stopping in the middle of junctions, or blocking two lanes of highway traffic. One key press and they'll mimic your vehicle's movements, allowing you to redirect them to the side of the road, or you could have them follow you to a garage forecourt or parking lot. There are a few callouts included in this mod, which are low key and mundane. That's what's so good about them — they do feel like the sort of everyday work that police officers undertake, and are a welcome change from some of the high octane, guns-blazing callouts of other mods. The ambient events in Traffic Policer are nice for similar reasons, and give you a reason to watch traffic carefully so you can spot drunk drivers or those using their phones. Helpfully, the mod author has included a variety of settings so you can customise your experience. You're able to set whether ambient events in your vicinity cause the suspect's car to be tracked on the map, which allows you to switch between an easier or more realistic system. It integrates well with other mods, and is also very stable — I don't think I've ever seen Traffic Policer crash.
