@p1GER I had the same issue two different times. Here are my solutions. I found it had to do with my game config file when setting up my mods folder. If you have one backed up try a clean one. This worked for me. I think it has to do with the latest update. The other thing that happened was I had a second screen that was preventing the plugins from loading. Im not sure why. I had to reset my screen to be fullscreen windowed. At first I forced this with Script Hook and it worked. Then I went into my computer settings and found that it was trying to read my other screen that was connected and not my main one. Hope this helps.
