Papa147

In honor of my father, a retired Cpl PO who passed away January 2017 at the age of 79. Badge 47, later becoming 147 when the PD and city grew.

A Peace Officer who was loved by all. A highly skilled Private Pilot and Flight Instructor. He's the cop who made you dump out your beer when you were 16 instead of ruining your life. He's the cop who gave you a warning when you deserved a ticket, even when you were being a jerk.
