    recently i have reinstalled lspdfr after along time and i have everything working except i keep finding these Black Jesters everywhere that instantly put me in a pursuit. If anyone knows the mod that is doing this or if anyone knows how to fix it please let me know. The plugins i have installed right now are [ALPRLite, BasicCallouts, compuLite, Custom Pullover, Officer_status_plugin, SpeedRadarLite, StopThePed and UltimateBackup]
