  1. How to uninstall .oiv files?

    Hi, I recently installed "naturalVision Remastered" and i also installed some add-ons to make my police lights brighter, and to add rain puddles seen as i was having issues with them. when i installed the .oiv file names 'more rain puddles (LSPDFR)installer.oiv' it puts my fps to 20 soi want to uninstall it but i dont know how to. anyone know how to?
