  4. Hello guys Yes I am new but I am not new to GTA and computers. I made sure I tried literally everything to fix this error but I still get it from ragehook plugin. The error says insufficent permission and bad anti virus. I have installed a clean fresh version of GTA 5 the folder is named Grand Theft Auto V and its the only folder in my common folder. I installed LSPDFR first which went fine and then RPH newest version as of todays date 8/11/17. Thats the only two mods in there, and I used albos error checker and it found I was missing a couple of his files which now are in there. But Same results everytime still. I have tried everything online and still doesnt work. My system is solid so its not slow. RPH does eventually load the game but RPH fails with the same error. the game is located on my 2nd drive. I have windows 7 SP1. UAC was disabled and my antivirus was also disabled. still same result. Can someone please offer me a solution to this, nothing seems to work. I literally bought the game just for lspdfr as I liked the IV version alot. Thank you for your help!
