Hi everyone!
Now, you're probably wondering who I am! Well my name is Markey and I  create skins for GTA. I am happy to announce I am currently working alongside Parks to get a certain batch of skins completed. For countries outside of Europe, or more specifically the UK, this will not mean much to you. 
 
However I am very happy to announce I am creating the official British aspect of Coastal Callouts! 
I aim for a release alongside the official coastal Callouts, however nothing is set in stone as of now. I will likely release a few unrelated skins in the upcoming week as examples of my work, but yet again nothing is set in stone.
 
If you have any requests for any British skins for Coastal Callouts, just pop them down below and I will aim to answer all of them and possibly complete some!

Please note that all skins are WIP and do not represent the final product. Also note that these skins are Semi-realistic. Due to lack of resources and models, these skins are loosly based off of their real life counterparts.

At this point, I believe the issue is just with these three models and not your game.  I'm sorry to say, but I advise using a different pack, or just use three different Vics.  You could also ask T0y and see if he might be able to offer any other insight.
