    I was actually able to solve this problem (for me at least). I installed radiance over what I already had (VisualV) and it worked, nice and bright ELS lights.

    All my ELS lights are extremely dim and look terrible. Checked my graphics settings and all are maxed. Also installed the script hook V update above but that didnt help. Any suggestions?
