Happy Late Easter Everyone!
After 6 months of blood, sweat and pure enraging anger, I'm pleased to present you guys with the Los Santos Police Service Mega-pack. Styled off Toronto Police Service, the pack features a custom made Excalibur light bar which features a dual rotor in the centre, which has dual colour to it (and coronas to match!). And of course, the traffic units in the pack feature TPS style arrowboards. This pack is big enough to cover and reduce many crime types across Los Santos, and includes divisions such as Patrol, Traffic, Slicktop/Unmarked, Emergency Task Force, and Marine. 
 
It's been a long road but it's finally here. Hope you all enjoy.

This pack has various toggleable extras:
All vehicles: Rambar (extra_12),  These can be toggled on/off in any trainer.
 
This file contains ARROW BOARDS on two of it's vehicles. The key's for this are: 'Alt + [' for the arrow boards to be raised. Press it again for them to lower. Standard 'K' key for the lights (as default).

Known Bugs:
Vehicles with arrowboards (Traffic units) can cause R* editor to crash if it's used during the recording. Having the board either up or down when recording should not crash the editor.  
If there are bugs or whatever, just PM me or leave a comment.

LSPD Textures lightly based off of Peoria, Illinois.   They are similiar, but not to look exactly the same.  Fits most FPIU, FPIS, and newer Tahoes.  

Blaine County Regional Police Pack
 
Finally I've created a pack that I'm happy to release. This is my first pack, and is based off various Canadian Police Departments.

Information:
The snowy season is nearly upon us, and I got the vibe for some snow ready vehicles. And when I thought of snow, I thought Canada, and when I thought Canada, I thought producing lore friendly vehicles with a fictional lightbar. 
 
The vehicles feature a hybrid lightbar, including halogen and LED lights, and two vehicles with arrow boards.
 
This pack contains:
2011 CVPI 2016 Ford Taurus  2016 Ford Taurus with arrow board 2016 Ford Explorer 2016 Ford Explorer with arrow board  
Features: 
• Two different light bar textures: Clear and coloured
• CVPI and FPIS have optional rambars (extra_12)
• ELS activated arrowboard
• Two packs: one with a middle white rotor, one without. 
• Optional 2k or 4k textures
 
TO ACTIVATE THE ARROW BOARD, USE ALT+[ (Default keys).

Known Bugs:
The ELS controlled arrowboard may cause crashes if used in the Video Editor. Only seems to occur when the arrow board is active. The arrowboard may reset without keys being pressed, simply use the keys to bring it back down and then it'll work normally.

This pack comes with: 95% breakable windows (all except the CVPI windshields), pushbar collisions, three light stages per vehicle, and functioning

1. Make backups!
2. Drag all files included in the "Models" folder into: gtav/mods/update/x64/dlcpacks/(LATEST PATCHDAY)/dlc.rpf/x64>levels/gtav/vehicles.rpf, using OpenIV in edit mode.
3. Drag the vehicles.meta included in the "vehicles.meta" folder into: gtav/mods/update/update.rpf/common/data/levels/gtav, using OpenIV in edit mode.
4. Drag all VCF files in the "ELS VCFs" folder into Grand Theft Auto V/ELS/pack_default.

KNOWN BUGS:
-CVPI windshield does not shatter.
-Due to the slots they are in, policeold1 and policeold2 spawn in with matte paint. This can be fixed by manually changing the color of the car in your trainer.

It is accurate, not based on but whatever not based on would be the Utica Police Department, it is as accurate as possible, and because it is in NY it features forward red and white lighting. This pack has 3 vehicles, Utica being a small town, and incidentally their department being small that is basically all of their vehicle variation so enjoy. Much love bye gn, enjoy.

Q: Why r ur lights so shiny pls help :(
A: I use RadianceV to make my lights bright, you will need something like this or another mod like it to make your lights as bright as mine.
 
Q: Can you please make an ELS pack for my own personal town?
A: Not even a little sorry bb 
 
Q: How do I install X?
A: I tried including the most in depth installation instructions I could find, but I know when I was new to LSPDFR didnt know anything about installing stuff, so if you have any questions you are feel free to comment with it. There are also instructions though which again, I tried making as in depth as possible to help you out.
 
Q: X isn't working why?
A: You may be doing something wrong, or I may have fucked something up. If you do find a bug or have a question please comment with a screenshot or video to give me a better idea of what is wrong and I will get back to you.
 
Q: My lightbar and windows are tinted :(
A: So there is a way to remove the tint from automatically spawning on most vehicles, which ive done for almost every model but sometimes it doesnt work like for example in the pranger or FBI slots, so you will need to use the vehicles.meta to turn that off, it also includes better handling. Made by @Slendis

This is yet another addition to my Small Town Ped Pack, that being a Sandy Shores Police Department Ped. Unlike my Grapeseed Township Ped, I didn't have a vehicle pack/texture in mind when making this, however, I'm sure there are a lot of great ones out there to use with this ped. I wanna thank everyone for the great support on my Grapeseed Police Texture. Expect more to come! Many more plans.

A new helicopter to fit right into the landscape of San Andreas. This Super Puma is used in real life by the LASD (albeit in a slightly different configuration). It comes with a lore friendly Los Santos skin by default, but Los Angeles textures are included seperately.
 
This helicopter has full (proper) LOD models and collision meshes. Dirt mapping, bullet holes, glass breaking is possible as well. PNWParksFan made a custom layout allowing several peds inside the helicopter. Landing gear, lights and cockpit instruments are functional.
 
Comes in its own Add-On archive.

This is the first skin I have made so I hope you enjoy it!
I based it on Garda Traffic Corps estate cars and this uses Double Doppler's BMW 525D F11

Hi, Billy Mays...sorry, Hullian111 here with a brand new chapter for my modding career - I will begin modding for Irish things!
Enough of that, this is the beginning of a new era, bla bla, this mod replaces the number plates of vehicles that uses GTA IV's 'vehshare.wtd' (if plates are included as their own generic_detail, or are standalone altogether, you'll have to add these yourself) to Irish number plates from the fictional county of 'Chathair na Saoirse' - 'City of Liberty' in Irish. 
 
NEW! ALL CIRCA. 2008 NUMBER PLATES INCLUDED!
