    Download the diagnostics tool from my signature below. Once it's downloaded, right click it and select "Run as administrator." when it's finished, don't exit, click "more info" and then copy and paste all the text here.

    1) The crashes will be caused by the fact that you have modded the "police" slot. Remove the current mod, Rename the two files to "noose" and then install them instead. If you haven't made backups of the original files download them here (Second download down)

    2) You need to disable ELS for the slots that do not have ELS cars installed in them. To do this, open up the "ELS.ini" in your GTA folder and change "Active=1" to "Active=0" for any slots that are not modded. Then get rid of the car without a lightbar and get a new one, and it should be fixed.

    Yeah, you've probably corrupted your game save by parking a modded car.

    What slot is your modded car in?

    And, it's fine, your supposed to click EFLC if you have it.
