    I fixed it if anyone else has the problem just change the Shader in your graphics setting from normal to very high. worked amazing

    i have installed this and it's not working for my ELS vehicles but the brightness on the original game police cars are bright.Does anyone know how to fix this? i have posted a screen shot.The car on the left is an ELS Charger the car on the right is the original sheriff patrol car.
