I think that looks good. U did a good job. As for images, look for high quality ones on google. That's where I find mine. If not then u will need to create them in Photoshop from scratch. I have been lucky so far with mine. Also, If you are looking for badges and stuff, there is a site http://www.badgecreator.com/vb01.php where you can go in and create custom badges. So if u know what you are looking for, go in and create it, then click on the image and save it. BAM a high quality image. The rest of my stuff, like templates and such, I get from downloading other peoples vehicles from lspdfr.com and some actually have the templates inside the file to make your own liveries. But again, Awesome job on yours.

Sp i was looking over the carvations, and I recopied and made sure I had everything. I changed all the first 2 numbers to 000 (black) and it loaded fine. Something I did obviously. Thanks again.

I am a dummy. sorry So is this where I put it? <colors> <Item> <indices content="char_array"> 134 134 156 156 </indices> And then to change it to Black, I would change which one to black (custom color index is 000) well, I just added a carvations and added a livery to slot 6 but game crashed.

OK. How can I add more than 5 liveries? Currently it has 0,1,2,3, and 4. When I add #5 it doesn't show. The liveries I am using covering a certain things on the vehicle and leaves other parts transparent. Which is what I want but the vehicle spawns in different colors. I would like to lock in the body color to, let's say Black, so it doesn't ruin my livery. Can I do that in Meta Tags, and if so, what would the line be? can you upload a pic of what you have made so far or a link to a video with it. I am new at this also and have been working the last few hours on a basic livery for a 2015 Charger. Would love to see others peoples work. I was designing a simple, clean design and turned out fairly well so far. Now I am trying to customize it for each department, etc. I have added a CA exempt plate and a Blue Lives Matter plate. Now just figuring out the rest of the colors and decals

depends on what you want to make. Obviously you don't want to reinvent the wheel. everybody has made the cars already. Find a specific vehicle you want to try first. Then make a skin/Livery for it. You will need the template file for the vehicle. A photo editing program (paint or Photoshop) i use Photoshop. Open the template into Photoshop and up the image size to 4096 (currently at 2048). Figure out how you want it to look. Using Photoshop and the pen tool, create a new layer and select the area you want to change color. then add color. create new layer and add text. keep repeating until you get what you are looking for. It's a long process. (Adjust the layer transparency so you can see the template underneath) Once you get it looking they way you want it, Save it as a PSD (Photoshop format). Now save/export it as a png and name it (if you are using the charger template) charger_sign_1.png (This is for the image size 4096) Now go back and resize image to 2048. Save/export this and name it chrg_sign_1.png (this is for the image size 2048) Now, Open OPENIV (download from lspdfr.com downlaod page) and you will insert these images into the 2015 charger ytd files (ytd and ytd_hi). To learn how to add vehicles to GTA5, follow Albo1125 tutorials on youtube and he walks you thru it all. This is obviously a quick breakdown of what you are doing and by know means covers everything. I am currently doing this for Gump's Charger. I will create a video tomorrow with some of the steps. This is what I have got done so far. Didn't want to start a new topic for a quick question. so i got the liveries working. Thank you. But I want the vehicle to spawn in with a specific color, Black on the body. Is this possible and also still use the livery? What I mean is, when someone spawn this car in to use, i want the default color to be black and don't want anyone changing it. otherwise it sorta messes up the livery. is this possible in the meta tag? I assume it is, just don't know what to write and where. and can i add something to meat that says, if livery 1 is used, then body color is black. if livery 2 is used, body color is white, etc? I did not see a flag_has_livery option. Where would I include it in? Also, this vehicle has a plate camera (forgot name) and it is extra #12. The only way I get it on is under a trainer. Is it able to be set to automatically display on the car? thanks

Hi everyone. I know, you are saying, NOT another charger. I personally enjoy the charger and wanted to try my hand at making a livery for it. This is a very basic livery, but I wanted a simple design but also wanted to be able to change the colors of the car if needed to suit a wide range of departments. This is a work in progress. I still need to add some more text and such but wanted to show off what I have so far. My goal is to have a Generic sheriff, PD and Highway Patrol version in 2 colors. But I hope to also make a BCSO, LSPD and SAHP variant as well. So check it out and let me know what you think or where I need to improve on it. Again, this was a basic livery and is not finished. The vehicle is NOT made by me. The vehicle I used was made by Gump

So i am creating a new livery for a police vehicle. I like the charger and the lights so I wanted to try to do a basic livery. So i created it in photoshop by exporting both low res ytd and hi ytd. I imported them back after i was done, following naming convection's. I load in the game and spawn the car. I use the simple trainer to adjust the livery and nothing happens. What Am i doing wrong?

good question on why I am trying to use siren mastery and ELS. How do I use a siren UI when using ELS vehicles? I just thought I needed to install and run siren mastery to get that UI i wanted to work.

So i loaded siren mastery and I use ELS vehicles. I just noticed in F4 that it says SIren mastery Disabled because detected ELS VCF vehicle. How do I get this to run with ELS vehicles or what SIren UI can I use?

Loking fir somebody that can create a East Lansing PD model for a future video. I will give u credit in the video and could even pay $50. Just looking for something nice for a one time video. The graphics on the vehicles are easy. I need it on a Ford Suv, possibly the tahoe and charger as well. You can grab a model and just reskin it that way u r not reinventing the wheel. Let me know.

How do u install new clothes n peds? No real readme in the download n the instructions tell me where to go but the folder doesnt exist in my file structure. I have EUP 7.5 installed
