every time i try to download something it says sorry we couldnt find that

thank you for your help i installed ELS and i think it did something wrong when i went to move the files into gta 4 it asked me if i wanted to move and replace or just move and i hit move and now my video is slow and the game closes in randomly agian thanks so much

i havent had any troubles after reinstalling the game just havent been able to figure out how to install cars

im new to this sorry i followed a tutorial on how to install cars i found on youtube but after doing that it crashed my game and so i uninstalled the game and reinstalled it can any one tell me how to install cars properly thank you so much!
