Make sure that Post FX, Shader Quality and Shadow Quality from your Gta V Settings are set to High or above. Also try installing Radiance V, that solved for me.

Hello guys ! Recently I installed a mod that changed my rain, and it looks quite bad, here is the photo: http://imgur.com/a/6yu1Z . I think it was Make Visual Great Again ( I don't know if that modified my rain, it's just a guess) and know I can't find the way to change it back to the default. I tried to install Visual V and one separate mode for thin rain and is still the same. Do you have any ideas on what I have to do ? Thank you !

Yes, in vehicles.rpf. I don't have any DLC in dlclist. I deleted only dlc.rpf from lspdpack.

Hi guys, I need some help from you. Recently, I noticed one folder in dlcpacks, named lspdpack which has a dlc.rpf. I deleted it (on another pc is empty and I thought it's useless) and now I can't spawn POLICE, POLICE3, POLICE4, POLICEOLD1, POLICEOLD2, but the rest of all works fine. I don't know if has something with the fact that I deleted the dlc.rpf but it is possible to get back the police cars mentioned before? Like some settings to make gta recognise them ? Thank you, I'm waiting for a response !
