Is there a way to get the police ai to stop shooting after the suspect has dropped their weapon and running away?

IM doing a fresh install of LSPDFR after I got my feet wet with plugins and what not the first go around. Im gonna to install the jurisdiction mod and and plan on adding custom vehicles for both sheriff offices and how would i go about setting it up so sheriff in a Blaine county uniform spawns in a Blaine county car in Blaine county and vice versa.

Every pursuit the ai always hangs back fairly far behind me when im the primary. When I wanna hang back and watch sometimes they still are fairly far back from the suspect and never seem to go as fast as they should. Is there any way to fix this.

How do i do that

I have lspdfr+, arrest manager, traffic policer, and police radio installed and they load and work fine. But whenever i try to add more it crashes. I installed computer+ and it crashed while it was still in the black loading screen. The same thing with stop the ped. Is there any way to fix this problem.
