    This lore friendly vehicle texture pack is based off of Otter Tail County, MN. There are a few variations from the true OTC vehicles, but I think they're all improvements. This pack uses the "LSPD Pack [ELS]" by thegreathah.

    Skin pack has three vehicles for now. I put these together in a few hours. They are Otter Tail County Skins. Lore friendly skins will be released some time in the future. I didn't have many pictures to go off of, so not everything is perfect. I don't own the vehicles. They can be found below. Don't re-upload the skins anywhere. They are already free, there's no need to move them around. Vehicles used: 2016 FPIU by TheHurk: 2014 Charger and 2018 Charger can be found here:

    I removed those three scripts and attempted to load the game. It got to the same point and did the same thing. The crash log is exactly the same as the one I provided before. After disabling all plugins from loading on launch it loaded me straight in to single player with no hassle, so I tried to load LSPDFR from the Rage console and still did the crash looping just like it was before on the loading screen.

    That is the most recent log I could find. The plugins I have include: LSPDFR, Spotlight, DashcamV, EUP (serve and rescue, law and order, as well as the menu), Clear The Way V, ELS, PLD, and Trainer V. If you would like the list of LSPDFR call-outs and other on duty scripts I can provide them as well, however there are a fair few of them.

    Ever since I updated GTAV along with Rage and Script Hook every time I load a plugin it instantly crashes and freezes my game. I've started from a fresh download of GTA twice but the problem still persists. Anything that is not in the "Plugins" folder still loads fine; Example: PLD, and Trainer V. Any help would be great, thanks in advance!
