I have 2 GTA IVs from Steam but only downloaded 1. If I go to Steam (where it shows hours played and screenshots) and start GTA IV it will load the game but I can only use LCPDFR. I can't use modded cars, uniforms, or ELS. Now if I go to the Steam folder > Steam apps > GTA IV > Launch GTA IV , then everything works. Why is this happening? Thanks

Might have been a typo. I can't explain the different settings. If you notice the settings state E150. Ford doesn't make an E150.

Throw allergic reaction , lift assist, and hyper/hypoglycemia. All too common calls in the medical field. General illness where you have to try and diagnos would be cool too.
