  1. I keep trying to play LSPDFR obv with modded cars and uniforms and els.. but it won't work.. LSPDFR works as intended but here comes the problems.. I installed the EUP Menu and EUP L&O but it crashes saying the rage plugin hook is outdated, ELS simply doesn't work i followed multiple youtube tutorials but I can't get it to work, LSPDFR+ loads good atleast something. Tried LML but it keeps saying Error 304 (or something) Forbbiden. I also tried downloading RPH from their website hoping to atleast solve my EUP menu problem but NO it now says my game is a steam game and that its old but yet i have Epic Games one, after that nothing works not even LSPDFR. For the ELS problem I used the LML supported ELS LSPD Mega Pack and BCSO the LML supported one.. lights wont work. Strangely enough I don't get the VCF files for the ELS folder but instead i get XML files that might be on my end but I don't know how to fix it.. Installing the game now again for the 2nd time today and hoping that once I come back home someone here would be able to help me, guide me thru my time of need. If any of you could help me please contact me thru discord ( faster for me as i check it all the time ItzAlex#7913 ) or this topic.
