  1. So just to clarify, it was the "back up" files that were causing the issue. as far as I can tell, the other ones are fine. Like I have Button Change 3 on right now, and do not have the problem anymore.
  2. I get the same crash (well the same 0xc0000005(exception_access_violation)), so I'm sorry if this is the wrong thread to post in, I just wanted to share my success. It only happens to me when I enter a vehicle on the drivers side. I can get into it on the pass side but as soon as i touch the drivers seat. BOOM, crash to desktop. Crash happens on stock vehicles as well as modded ones. https://pastebin.com/bpk55ig0 I have yet to remove all my plugins, but i did change my gameconfig to the one you suggested above and that's when the problems started. I put it back to the stock one and now the problem persists. which of course leads me to beleive that, that is not the problem. I can honestly say that I have no idea what else I changed today to make this start happening. Okay as I wrote that line, I remembered what i change that could possibly be causing my issue. It was the "backup files" from this plugin including the button change 3: So i just put my stock ones back as well as button change 3, and that seems to have solved the issue.
  3. Alright. I have fixed it finally. And it was nothing even closely related to GTA or RPH that led me to the solution. I was trying to launch my Event Viewer, and it said it couldn't load the snap-ins. I had no clue what those were, so I Something searched it. Turns out, after my fresh install of Windows and all that, not all the parts of the Microsoft .net Framework was activated. So, if yours won't even start, try this fix: To turn on the Microsoft .net Framework, do the following: a. Click start-Control Panel > Programs and Features. b. Click Turn Windows features on or off. c. Now select “Microsoft .net Framework 3.5.1". You have to expand each component and check the ones you want. d. Restart the computer and check if the issue is fixed. I personally just checked them all on; did a quick restart and Voila! fixed. I hope that other people who have the same problem can find this, because I spent the last 2 days pulling my hair out trying to get it loaded. Happy Policing!
  4. I am having the exact same problem. Although downgrading RPH didn't work in my case. As soon as I click RPH, it starts thinking, and it even pops up in the task manager, the same as Pav said, but then just disappears. My retail GTA5 starts no problem. I'm just unable to start RPH. Also, not sure if it's a connected issue, but when I do an install of LSPDFR, at the end of the installation when you get the option for the "First Time Run Configurator", I have that checked to open, but it doesn't either. I have to say, this is a brand new computer, fresh install everything. built it last week. There is no antivirus- firewall has the proper exceptions. Smart screen is all the way off. I'm 99% sure that I got all the proper required programs. And I know for a fact that this computer will run it. (1080, i7-7700k, W10Home, 16gbRAM). It feels as though I've exhausted all the "fixes" that are posted everywhere on the net. Like the big long one on the RPH forums, and even the Creators update fixes didn't work. I even tried taking an existing WORKING copy from my other rig, and copying it over to this new one, and still nothing. There's not even a log file to show you. Any help at all would be greatly appreciated. Cheers!
