  1. i have this issue too, i installed all the files correctly according to more than 8 YouTube videos, i save and run the RPH launcher and nothing happens, even the gta v isn't loading the the background when i checked in task manager. i have the latest version of the game, script hook v, RPH . I had an ENB mod installed which i had completely removed from the game. But i do have Redux Mod installed which i haven't got any way of uninstalling. I removed all my other car,map,graphic mods just to install this LSPDFR mod, which isnt working at all. What the hell am i supposed to do right now? Can anyone help me out please????
