Simply merge this into your project and move the dummy to be located in the driver seat headrest. Then compound your meshes into the dummy and you should have proper environmental lighting for your awesome takedowns! Want alley lights, too? Just make a copy of the dummy and rename it to extra_12!

This is a San Andreas state police pack done in 4K and based off of New Mexico State Police. I called it DPS 'cause I also put in for you the Motor Transportation Division (i was in a good mood) and Mounted Patrol (not really part of DPS, but....). I've made a bunch of different versions, as much as I had the patience for in this first batch. Please be advised that although I was trying to replicate NMSP as closely as possible, everything I made is adjusted to my liking and hopefully you will like and enjoy the skins as well. Please do not rip-off and re-upload these textures. Have fun policing.

Instead of making a guide. Here's it is. A DLC that puts all the police cars together instead of being scattered here and there. Plus it allows you to create new proper slots. Figured I'd share since it could be useful to y'all plus to people making packs. If I somehow messed it up, comment and I'll try to figure it out. Worked about 10 minutes ago of uploading this.
 
Update: Well Albo made something similar which me and others had no idea about. Then again we were gone from FR for awhile. I made this for the Valor pack and decided to share it since I didn't see it plus no one made a proper guide on it. Mainly has use to people making packs at this point.

I created my FHP forum post almost two years ago, I was very hesitant to release anything as I was in fear of a less than pleasant response to the models provided. I've put a lot of work into the accuracy to detail for these cars, they're about as accurate as I could possibly make them for a video game. After two years, I think a few of these are ready for release. If I receive a positive response then hey, maybe i'll throw out some Tahoes and CVPI's! Hopefully this pack may encourage a few of you to actually update ragehook and make your game playable again. Yes, I know. It's dreadful.
 
There are four dodge chargers included in this pack, they're more modern than they are older as most of them are 2016+.
 
I do have plans to add the newer all blue Code3 Pursuit Chargers as well as the older chargers with the previous gen. Javelin Lightbars. I don't have a timeline for when those will be added.

After 6 months of blood, sweat and pure enraging anger, I'm pleased to present you guys with the Los Santos Police Service Mega-pack. Styled off Toronto Police Service, the pack features a custom made Excalibur light bar which features a dual rotor in the centre, which has dual colour to it (and coronas to match!). And of course, the traffic units in the pack feature TPS style arrowboards. This pack is big enough to cover and reduce many crime types across Los Santos, and includes divisions such as Patrol, Traffic, Slicktop/Unmarked, Emergency Task Force, and Marine.

Known Bugs:
Vehicles with arrowboards (Traffic units) can cause R* editor to crash if it's used during the recording. Having the board either up or down when recording should not crash the editor.

After almost a year in development I finally release this. Recently I've been extremely busy plus lost interest in the modeling scene. After recent events I have decided to release this since I obviously ain't working on it. It is at what most I've talked to said is a finished state. Some bugs here and there but minor enough for the average modeler to fix. Anyways I thank all the people who have contributed to the models in so many ways. It means alot. Hi ladies. So here is this pack, I thought I would go pretty unique and the mix of a Vespucci Beach PD pack and a Raydian is a perfect combination for a unique pack in my eyes. This is a pack I have been working on for the better part of the last month and I am actually very proud of it. The pack is based on Dewey Beach, but the actual cars are not accurate to those, just the liveries, and lightbar are accurate to Dewey Beach. The pack comes with 6 different vehicles, two CVPIs, one FPIU, one Tahoe, one Silverado, and one FPIS. A: I use RadianceV to make my lights bright, you will need something like this or another mod like it to make your lights as bright as mine.

Q: How do I install X?
A: I tried including the most in depth installation instructions I could find, but I know when I was new to LSPDFR didnt know anything about installing stuff, so if you have any questions you are feel free to comment with it. There are also instructions though which again, I tried making as in depth as possible to help you out.
 
Q: X isn't working why?
A: You may be doing something wrong, or I may have fucked something up. If you do find a bug or have a question please comment with a screenshot or video to give me a better idea of what is wrong and I will get back to you.
 
Q: My lightbar and windows are tinted :(
A: So there is a way to remove the tint from automatically spawning on most vehicles, which ive done for almost every model but sometimes it doesnt work like for example in the pranger or FBI slots, so you will need to use the vehicles.meta to turn that off, it also includes better handling. Made by @Slendis

Some DEV parts I've made since 2016, some of it's not the best and others I think are pretty good. Take what you want, it's OBJ format so you're welcome to convert to IV or other games of your choice. Console don't have to be for what I named them, use them in other cars if you want I just modeled them for that car at the time of making. Some of the stuff is high poly and other are low poly so my bad on that. None are textured so you will have to texture them yourself, I haven't touched any of this since i modeled it so I was to lazy to do it on my own. Now before downloading, this is very WIP. This is my first GTA V mod let a lone sound mod I've ever created for this game. After watching LIVE PD and listening to the explorers accelerate constantly I thought I'd try and create a sound mod specifically for the POLICE3 slot. I took the audio from a recording I have from one of my works 2013 FPIU's. I know I've seen some people ask for this so I tried my best to take the time to create this mod. Being in the military with very few time to mess around with this, this is what I have come up with. PLEASE help guide this sound mod into the right direction for anybody who would enjoy this, feedback is very much welcomed. Thank you. A video showcasing the sound will come later.

- This is the same base model that I have been using for the vast majority of the releases with an FPIU in it.

Information:
An unmarked car with minimal lighting, perfect for gang patrols and stings! Once again a minimalist style lighting setup, simple but effective. This vehicle has  breakable windows (mostly, see known bugs). You can put this car in any law enforcement slot as long as it is based on a CVPI (Stanier). Make sure to put all vehicle files in the latest patchday. If your windows are tinted by default, go to your vehicles.meta and replace the diffusetint value for whatever slot you replaced with:"0x00FFFFFF". If you have any problems / bugs please post a comment about it instead posting a negative review, as it may just be a simple fix. I will try to help fix any problems and answer any questions.

I thought that I would go a bit of a different route with this model.  It's small town police department FPIU. What does that mean exactly? Well, I wanted to create a FPIU that a small town police agency would have. I  only put Star lighting on there because it is cheap and more than likely what Grapeseed or Sandy Shores could afford. Everything on it is basic lighting and equipment. No name brands. Just a little something to change things up. But, I am really happy with the outcome of it and I know that you are going to love it as well! Comes with some extra's that I am sure you guys will appreciate. Haha.
