Having texture problems?
Check your graphics setting and make sure your Direct X version is on DX11. Anything lower and it will bug textures.
 
HOW TO INSTALL!!!!!
Navigate to GTAV - mods - Update - x64 - dlcpacks
Then in the DLC folder, Drag and drop the "WSP_PACK" folder
Next Navigate to GTAV - mods - Update - Update.rpf - common - data
Open dlclist.xml and add the following line
<Item>dlcpacks:/WSP_PACK/</Item>
For the XML files place them in GTAV - ELS - pack_default
And your done. go ahead and load up your game!

Hello! Im LastStar from N1ceStar Designs, Im presenting you my take on Prestoniskey BCSO pack with my liveries that fit perfectly into the atmosphere of Blaine County. The liveries are fictional and not based of anything. This pack includes normal patrol and K-9 liveries.

Installation:
1. Replace: mods > update > x64 > dlcpacks >YOUR PATCHDAY > dlc.rpf > x64 > levels > gta5 > vehicles.rpf
2. Open the .ytd file of the vehicle you want to change by double clicking or right clicking and hitting edit
3. Scroll through until you find e.g. example_sign_1 and right click and hit replace
4. In my folder just make sure that the first name e.g. fpiu_sign_1 are the same as the models. The "sign_1,2,3,4" can be whatever when replacing. Then hit save.

Been working in this skin pack since mid March, getting the decals to line up on the hood was hell, still not perfect but its good enough. Textures inspired by Robertson County Sheriff's Office, Tennessee. Will continue to add cars to the pack.

Hello there! I'm back again with another Upload today !!! Today I bring you the LORE FRIENDLY version of the PCSO 2021 Chevy Tahoe PPV. The vehicle itself uses templated plates instead of In-Game plates. 

This download includes:
Vehicle template The Car obviously Window template ELS XML file  Vehicle.Meta File (To get the car to work)  
But feel free to leave any feedback whatsoever, as that helps me progress with this venture.

This pack is a ELS hybrid pack Based off of West Deer Township Police. 
Features a pretty sweet light pattern and a variety of vehicles to mess around with.
Been working on this for about a month or two now so I hope you enjoy.

How to toggle ALPR's
Using some kind of mod menu. enable extra 10 
(you may need to fix the car)

Having texture problems?
Check your graphics setting and make sure your Direct X version is on DX11. Anything lower and it will bug textures.
 
HOW TO INSTALL!!!!!
Navigate to GTAV - mods - Update - x64 - dlcpacks
Then in the DLC folder, Drag and drop the "lspd legacy pack" folder
Next Navigate to GTAV - mods - Update - Update.rpf - common - data
Open dlclist.xml and add the following line
<Item>dlcpacks:/lspd legacy pack/</Item>
For the XML files place them in GTAV - ELS - pack_default
And your done. go ahead and load up your game!
