  1. He's made some killer mods, I definitely hope to see more from him.
  2. I really really love the traffic control in ELS. Yeah I know it's has a giant Jeff Goldblum sized bug afflicting it, but when it's working properly, it's fantastic. I've been using ELS for a while now and I love it just as much as the next person even though it has some really annoying quirks. So I did something crazy and played for a little bit with the traffic control turned on, at least up until the AI decided to ram their cars into whatever was ahead of them, but before all that happened I noticed something. I was running Code 3 to a officer panic button call and all the traffic was moving smoothly and predictably out of my way. When I arrived on scene, I used my car to block traffic coming onto the scene and they formed a nice orderly line, no ramming, smashing, trying to go around...just what you'd expect when blocking off a road with a squad car. When the ambulance and fire trucks arrived, they smoothly drove around the line of AI cars and attended to the scene. Then as they always do, they tried turn around Austin Powers style to go back the other direction when they were finished, no big deal, I'm used to that. I proceeded to clean up the scene and moved my car to the side and turn my lights off and the line of cars started to drive away in an orderly fashion. That's fricken awesome. I would be killer for the traffic control bug to be swatted, but it looks like ELS hasn't been updated in months. It could be that it's still being developed, but I'm kinda worried that it's not. It also looks like the author hasn't been active in a while. Has anyone heard from the author recently?
