    After a while I am not able to respond to call outs with Y, and am having trouble performing traffic stops. Sometimes shift works, and sometimes it doesn't. It is also telling me there is a new version "0.3.1" I believe, even though I have the newest version. When I hit the console hotkey for RHP, it doesn't show up on screen, like it pauses the game without showing the console, but it still works. I am confused, I followed the steps exactly. I have the newest RHP and LSPDFR. I also am using a custom vehicle that replaces the Sheriff Granger with a 1980's Bronco.
