So just delete the thing in Windows Explorer and it would remake itself? That would cause the modded cars to not remain in game as they will not leave.

That unfortunately didn't work. How would I go about redoing a mods folder? I did the steps and the cars are still there.

I don't understand what that means or how to do that :(

So I tried downloading a siren mod and from what I read I guess it was too large. How do I remove it or lower it? My vehicles.awc is 15.75MB. Can't hear horn/siren.
