I dont think so pal i wrote Install in: mods/update/x64/dlcpacks/LASTESTPATCHDAY/dlc.rpf/x64/levels/gta5/vehicles.rpf Go to Grant Theft Auto V/ELS/pack_default and put there that XML file so your lights work

Just google VPD unmarked charger... It has the same lights as the 2014 charger
