  11. I dont think so pal i wrote Install in: mods/update/x64/dlcpacks/LASTESTPATCHDAY/dlc.rpf/x64/levels/gta5/vehicles.rpf Go to Grant Theft Auto V/ELS/pack_default and put there that XML file so your lights work

  14. I need to change some things in the charger. I had some problems with zmodeler3 so the release of the 16 Charger is quite delayed

  16. Just google VPD unmarked charger... It has the same lights as the 2014 charger
