I have now found the solution, shift before rage plugin hook start, you have entered settings, in the last page of settings you have command line, select windowed force mode and directx11. Problem solved.

For me, it doesn't load. I have the latest updates on everything and it's still not working. Lspdfr is working and Traffic Policer too but this mod and the smart radio one are not loading and when I look at Rage plugins loading at the start of the game, it doesn't even show up there. Please help. Ps : Not even loading after going on duty.

I have a big issue. The traffic policer plugin is just not loading and rage plugin hook settings doesn't even detect it as being a plugin which should be loaded. I have the last version of everything, today were the last updates for rage plugin hook and every thing and I even went trough the troubleshooter. It's becoming boring, please help me.
