Yes, GTA5 crashes when launching normally and with RPH, but with Fivem works fine

GTA5 crash while loading the game , if I launch through RPH and through normal GTA5 app but with fivem works fine. My crash report https://pastebin.com/wYXCxij1. It started after the lastest GTA update
