  1. Vehicle Skins Wont Show

    I'm trying to edit the police, police2, police3, and sheriff... etc etc in OpenIV, I insert the .ytd files and edit mode is on. The skins are showing in openIV, but when I spawn the vehicle its still the stock vehicles.... HELP!!! UPDATE*** The police4 slot spawns the modded skin
