I am looking for an accurate handling line for any 1990's series Caprices for GTA IV as my Google search has come up empty.

Got any inclination towards a Non-ELS 1989 Chevy Caprice similar to this?

I am starting an International Snow Plow right now, but once I am finished, do you want me to start it?

Well then, since I couldn't find one, I may as well start one. I am going to build from scratch an International 4900 Series Plow for use in GTA IV. It will be able to use EPM and the livery will be part of a "Police Traffic Unit" and I will be posting all progress on it here. The model that I am basing it off of is in the link bellow. I looked at that one but the thread was old and most likely abandoned.

With a small plow on the front? Or just as a totally separate model? Also, the truck that I like has the sand/salt spreader on the back so it might be hard to do the dump box too. I can post pictures after I take some of my local public works trucks...

Greetings all, I am looking for something revolutionary for GTA IV. An International 4900 series dump truck to be modified into a snowplow compatible with EPM (Moving parts mod). I chose the International 4900 because there is a large source of information available on it vs the Durastar plus it is still in use in many public works departments. Any help in finding this model or providing help in creating one would be appreciated. ^ Similar to what I am looking to use in GTA IV.

Yeah I tried that but it still didn't work for me. Not really bothered by it anyways, it just turned into a pain in the ass.

Saw this one day and fell in love, to bad there isn't a good one around the modding community...

If you start with a mod with your aforementioned features, why stop there? Why not add a riot truck with a water cannon or a "dazzler crowd dispersal unit?"

The only downside of that is that if you are at all interested in the spotlight mod to the best of my knowledge, it will be non-compatible.
