Those vehicles do not have police computers in game to begin with. And as for the siren, if you use ELS V7, alternate your siren tones. If you are using EVCS, try to use your air horn. If you are using something else, you better just be a good driver. I would recommend however that you keep police slots 3,4 and b for pursuit or SWAT vehicles since that is all I use them for. Example line up could be: Police 3: CJ 24's Corvette Interceptor, Police 4: Unmarked Detective Vic, or Impala or Charger and Police B can be anything you want if you change the handling lines. I have an '03 Impala in that slot, but that's me and I have no idea what you like. But, getting back on point, there is no fix for your problem.

I am trying to think of a vehicle, unmarked, to use as a Special Investigations Division unit vehicle for my current vehicles.img pack. Anybody have or know of any modern vehicles that would be for top-tier government with minimal lighting and a black paint job? I don't know what to choose.

Look up the forum post here (lcpdfr.com) with vehicle handling lines, find the appropriate one for your needs, and swap it in your Handling.ide file in Rockstargames/Grand Theft Auto IV/Common/Data/Handling.ide

To my knowledge, (this is what I did with els v6 to Feroci2 and Perrenial2) all you do is add the vehicle name to your ELS configuration file ex: [ NSTOCKADE ] Status = on File = default_config Change to: [ BOBCAT ] Status = on File = default_config Test this first because I do not know about ELS V7 or not.

First off, I know it will look ugly as hell, but does anybody know where I can find a 2011 model year Dodge Charge with a Street Hawk lightbar? Somebody told me one was out there somewhere...

Mine did the same. I removed an ENB I had, reduced texture quality, veiw distance and traffic density. Also, you can try to use gamebooster to help gain FPS. It worked for me, and I can now run at 35 FPS on a LAPTOP.
