where ddo i get the latest version off advancedhookv.dll i have one in my directory not sure if its updated

i installed correct, did everything correctly, i have scripthookv and still doesnt work. when i press j nothing happens when i hit e my tail lights come on and when i hit j all it does is turn on and off the sirens. i tryed unistalling the asiloader and openiv.asi and restart commputer still nothing
