I know this skin is VERY basic! I know that! It is though very realistic, I have seen this EXACT car before! This skin as you can see if for the CVPI. Thanks for the downloads! Please do not copy this skin without permission.

This file is for skinning the CVPI, Charger, Impala, and Bearcat. Updates coming soon! They are templates that are all blank, with no lines, and the bodies are in black with a white backround!

So from the reviews, I'm guessing this stuff sucks... so download it if you want, but others I don't think recommend it...

This Dodge Charger Template IS NOT mine. This is my first time making a skin. My pc can't play GTA IV anymore, so I have no idea how it looks. Hope it looks okay,but it will soon be able to look better once I can see it in-game.It can't go to the new 2012 but the rest should work. I got the template from a pack that said was from cj24. The grey charger is just what this skin fits to, you don't need to use this exact car!
